Electronic hand-in all sounds good, but I swear it’s taken about 2-3 hours of running around collating and checking the draft proposals before I can start writing feedback!
I’m still missing about 5. I’m left wondering if those students are still with us or whether they’ve left class – some haven’t been along for a couple of weeks.
I hoped to have all this back by tonight, but some of them won’t get done until Wed or Thu. Since this isn’t a graded hand-in, I guess some little delays aren’t a catastrophe. I’d like to prioritise good feedback over fast feedback.
Ah, the perils of part-time lecturing!

Jason is planning to use CodeIgniter as the framework for his DMT project and it looks pretty interesting. I’d encourage other coder-folk who are looking for a clean way to develop in PHP to take a look at it.

Lots of people in class emailed me about blogs that I missed including in [the portal](http://www.dmt-uts.net). It’s slightly time-consuming to add them in and it’s taking me some time to find enough space to get it done. Hopefully tomorrow morning. I hope you all will forgive me.
